What is it?
The H-A-P-P-É Program is a 3 month training program
for working professionals.
The H-A-P-P-É mobile program offers continual reinforcement of the learnings and new habits outlined in Dr. Beiter’s training program. This allows more people to learn and be a part of creating an environment where employees feel appreciated, valued and want to contribute.
Over the next 3 months, participants will go through, in a conversational way, the HAPPÉ key learnings in weekly, 90-second micro-lessons.
In addition, the H-A-P-P-Ē program offers a Thrive Positivity Measure several times in the program to help participants measure their mindset.
THRIVE is designed to be mobile-first to fit the habits, routines, and desires of a changing workforce. This flexibility allows organizations to affordably offer their employees a feeling of “continuous learning” without becoming overbearing.
Interval learning is also extremely effective; especially in building lifelong habits. Short, efficient bursts create sustained results with little effort and minimal time.

A brief synopsis of the wellness/wellbeingprogram and what participants will experience consists of:
H – Happiness research conducted at Harvard University proved the equation for productivity and success was broken. Participants learn the simple 5 steps how to remedy the problem while increasing productivity and the likelihood of success.
A – Appreciation for a person’s primary language to feel valued. Each participant will identify her/his own language and learn how to effectively communicate it.P – Positivity based activity will be experienced by the participants in a physical way that
will eliminate any negative energy and can be fostered throughout the organization.
P – Proactive processes will be introduced to keep the participant motivated to
consistently apply the learning.
