Our Mission
We believe that just as adults, children have the power to make a difference in their own lives and mental wellbeing – they just need to be shown how.
WE HAVE BUILT THE TOOLS TO EMPOWER CHILDREN TO MANAGE THEIR EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
HAPPÉ Life was founded by licensed psychologist John Beiter, Ph.D., and Dr. Peta Stapleton. The HAPPÉ Challenge is an evidence-based program that puts the tools needed to manage stress in the hands of children and demonstrates their ability to shape the world around them and build healthy relationships by first reshaping their minds.
HAPPÉ Life is a digital interface for parents and teachers who choose to opt in to support their children’s health, growth, and success. The program was designed to be easily integrated into the school day and provide teachers and parents with ongoing support through a variety of avenues, both digital and non-digital.
OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH TO OVERALL WELLBEING IS OFFERED IN TWO FREE PROGRAMS

The Mission I’m Possible Challenge
Through weekly “top secret” missions delivered to parents’ and teachers’ phones or emails, Mission I’m Possible encourages children to engage with the people around them, focus on their feelings, and perform little acts of kindness. In doing so, they’ll learn how to better manage and understand all the thoughts and feelings that pop into their heads and realize their ability to spread positivity, form relationships with their peers, and reshape how they view difficult situations.

EFT (emotional freedom technique) Tapping is backed by 20 years of clinical research as a method to reduce and manage stress and anxiety in children and in adults. EFT Tapping is widely accepted in European schools and is beginning to gain traction in schools throughout the United States.
